Vitamin D supplements for children

According to folklore, we used for children in the early morning sun, the sun hovering just not too hot and sunny. Nowadays, young mothers often take vitamin D supplements instead of sun exposure as before. Because they can save time and effort. I still prefer a more traditional style. How do you feel?

The more traditional style is bad for my skin. I burn too easy. I believe vitamin D supplements would surfice for me. Best Wishes!

Oh no, my friend. Morning sunlight is very good for you. they're very light and warm. They wouldn't burn your skin, even children's skin. Why don't you try once?

I have actually tried several different times of day. I burn anytime the sun is out. Very sensitive skin to the sun. I was outside 1 morning for less than 15 minutes, came back in the house and I was burnt. Thanks for the advice though.

I take a daily vitamin which contains all in one. I am also on iron because I am anemic. But outside of that I do not take anymore then those and do eat pretty healthy so traditional means, outside of my two I do not do much else.

If you have some problems of health, you should ask your doctor's advices. You can use vitamin pills. This is a special way to supplement them.

I prefer not to take supplements either if at all possible. I hate taking pills. I would rather do it the natural way.

We should supplements vitamins, my friend. Because it's hard to use enough them daily. You can choose the good vitamin foods in your meal. This is way to supplements them.

Well its not a bad idea to take vitamin supplements to make sure thst we're getting what we need, but I also think too many people panic about it all. I dont see whats wrong with eating properly, getting out and about and exercising. Instead of playing video games all day and staying in having a takeaway delivered every other night.

Not only the Vitamin D, but also for other Vitamins, I prefer to consume them from our daily natural foods. I have a bad impression to the tablet form vitamins because no matter they are extracted from natural foods or not, they are artificial Vitamins. In my mind, only the sick persons who are lacking of certain Vitamins, then they should consume the tablet form Vitamins as per the doctor's prescription. For instance, the artificial or the tablet type vitamin C can casue complexion problem if we consume too much. On the other hand, the natural vitamin c will not have the same affect to our complexion. In my advise, only the sick persons should consume artificial or tablet form vitamins.

if i do get a child i'd probably choose the more traditional method. as you said in your other posts. the natural way is better
