Online proofreading jobs

I used to be a professional proofreader and copy-editor and would like to get back to it on a part time online basis. Do any of you good people out there know of any sites with FREE registration that I could check out? So far I have only come across very dubious sites that promise everything and give nothing!

did u try freelancers.com, Though I have not succeeded so far in success in bid that is a place where there are more activities.

Ive never done that before but maybe those two sites can help you. Try to join "work at home" forums so others can tell you if the jobs are for real or scams.
