Some people just don't have good intention, I despise them

I despise those people, and they nosy, and they never have a good intention. I broke up with my girlfriend while ago, and now she moved. I might see her again, or we can still be friend when we meet. I never tell that to other people, especially some people at work, because they will gossip, and some of them never have a good intention, but they still nosy about your life. Yesterday, some co - workers asked my girlfriend, and I reluctantly tell them that we no longer together. I made it brief and quick and no other comments, I knew what they will gossip. Later, I think the whole group of people already knew it, and some as well make those sarcastic comments. I simply ignore them, and keep on doing my job. As you know, some people simply nosy and full of bad intention. Shame on them!
