That depends. If the discussion subject is yours, I would imagine you'd be alright. Everyone's individual answers are, however, theirs unless MyLot takes possession of all content posted on the site - you'd have to check the TOS.
The simple answer would be "no", since copying wholesale would be plagiarism and probably contravene copyright laws.
A better answer would be "Go Ask Alice" (mylot.com/GoAskAlice), since the final answer must come from Admin.
