Of all natural disasters, one of the most frightening for me are tornadoes. I see tornadoes in my dreams and it was so scary. I have seen small tornadoes in the sky only twice in my life. I have read that small sand tornadoes are called dust devils. I have also seen news in the USA of great tornadoes. I don't know what it would be if that happens to my country? Do you think tornadoes can come from God? Is it like a pillar of cloud just like in the Bible?

Do tornadoes come from God? No! They are just part of natural phenomena on the earth that we do not yet understand. You might find this account interesting. Mark 4:35-41 Common English Bible (CEB) 35 Later that day, when evening came, Jesus said to them, “Let’s cross over to the other side of the lake.” 36 They left the crowd and took him in the boat just as he was. Other boats followed along. 37 Gale-force winds arose, and waves crashed against the boat so that the boat was swamped. 38 But Jesus was in the rear of the boat, sleeping on a pillow. They woke him up and said, “Teacher, don’t you care that we’re drowning?” 39 He got up and gave orders to the wind, and he said to the lake, “Silence! Be still!” The wind settled down and there was a great calm. 40 Jesus asked them, “Why are you frightened? Don’t you have faith yet?” 41 Overcome with awe, they said to each other, “Who then is this? Even the wind and the sea obey him!” One day, in God's new world, the weather will be controlled and we won't have destructive weather anymore.

Right, most of the bad weather is probably caused by us not understanding the weather mechanisms and doing the wrong things that cause disasters and living in the wrong spots on the planet. Example, we cut the trees.

and i am sure that tornadoes doesn't come from Satan too.... because everytime Satan have a new proposed project to hurt or tempting humans, Satan ask's permission to God first.... if permitted, therefore, God has a concerned to that phenomenon.... therefore, tornadoes doesn't came from Satan..... it's all a natural phenomenon....

I don't think they come from God. It just happens when the weather is right for one. I have delt with tornadoes a few times in my life. All types of storms scares me, but one thing i learned if it happens, it was meant to be. I mean you see on the news of the destruction these storms cause, you will see how 5 homes are spared out of 20. I have seen one a little to close for comfort. Luckily it was going the other way from our house. As a small child, it scared the dickens out of me.

Yes maybe, there are places that are really prone to tornadoes because of the climate. It was amazing if out of the many you are spared from tornadoes. Tornadoes are really destructive

I have seen first hand what a tornado can do to an area, and I can honestly say no words can describe the destruction, the loss of homes or even worse lives. I have been blessed to not have experienced any of this, and I can only pray that I don't ever have to.

Tornado - Tornado is a result of weather patterns colliding.
So you see tornadoes in your dream. Well we saw it live just last Sunday afternoon. It came after a very heavy rain. It was really frightening but thank God for He did not allow the tornado to create any destruction in our vicinity. Here I attached the picture of that tornado. Now you are asking if Tornado comes from God. To answer that, first we must take into consideration the fact stated in the Bible that God created the whole universe and the laws of nature. So most natural disasters are a result of these laws of nature at work. Tornados and even hurricanes and typhoons are the results of divergent weather patterns colliding. Now for sure they are still under God's control. If Gods to control them He could that but when He does not I am sure He has a reason and the best reason is He wants to teach us a lesson.

Yes, you should fear tornado, take it seriously whenever it strike in your area. never underestimate the power of destruction of tornado and avoid standing in the way of it, move away if you can, or make sure your have a underground /basement in your house in the time of tornado emergency. It is a natural disaster due to atmospheric pressure and humidity in our air, its formation has nothing to do with religion and God.

Tornadoes are scary things. It gets very quuiet before one usually, and then you hear the whistle that sounds like a train but it's really high whirlwind of winds. My sister was once out in a tornado when she was learning how to drive. It was very scary for her, a cow and a couch flew by her on her way home with my grandmother. They are loud, can blow down trees, powerlines, make garbage cans fly in the air, destroy mail boxes, etc. In the US we're told to get in enclosed areas in the middle of the home, like a bathroom or closet. I've got memories of when I was a little girl, I think it was mostly people telling me about it, but of tornadoes coming through and my brother laying on top of me to protect me, or getting in the bathtub with me and a lot of pillows, that was either my brother or my sister who did that.

I have probably lived through one of everything. Tornados do not give you much warning. I live in florida now with the hurricanes and at least we get notice to evacuate. I used to live in Missouri and it was tornados every year. My worst fear would be war and bombs and fires. I was in the army so as I said I have seen a lot.

tornadoes that you see here in the Philippines is a very different to compare to the tornadoes that are found in the plain lands of America... American types of Tornadoes doesn't exist here in Philippines, i never heard such a tornadoes happened here in the Philippines just like what you see in your dreams and what i see on movies.... and also the Tsunamis that are found in Japan doesn't happened here in the Philippines because were are surrounded by any foreign Asian Countries serves as barriers for the waves of tsunamis.....

Good thing tornadoes are not present in my country. But definitely God doesn't have something to do with tornadoes. It was a natural phenomena, and sometimes us humans could be a part of it since we are the ones who are putting our earth in danger. It's like cause and effect. It's the effect of our abuse to our mother earth.
