OMG mylotters!! I started using Herbalife on June 1st. and I have already lost over 25 pounds! I have been trying to lose weight ever since I had my daughter almost 7 years ago. Nothing i tried worked. When my best friend introduced me to Herbalife back in June, I said let me give it a try.
Not only did it work, but I loved it so much I opened up my very own Nutrition club in my community. Now I am working on getting everyone in my area on the path to getting great nutrition.
What have yo done to get healthy that worked so well you wanted to share it with the world?

That is great, I hope you stay healthy! I followed the Weight Watcher plan and got rid of 16 kilos that time, (or about 32 pounds I think) but lately I have tried to follow the Glycemic Index principles, less sugar, less white flour, more fruit and veggies.
The latest 12 years I have used food supplements from gnld.com that have helped me to maintain the right nutrition. I used to have arthritis and asthma and often headace, but now I am almost free from them.
I am losing weight slowly when I keep to that kind of diet and many meals follow the food separation principle that I wrote about some time ago here in myLot.
The beauty of gnld.com is that they don“t use GMO products, so the soy is safer in that way. Many like the GR2 and have lost weight with that program.

Herbalife is a nutrition company. They have a great weight lost program, but their overall goal is nutrition. If you want to lose weight you have 2 shakes and a healthy colorful meal. If you want to maintain your current weight then you have just one shake and two healthy meals. If you are looking to put on a few pounds then you have 3 shakes along with your meals....
They have teas and supplements and aloe water. Here's the link to just check it out. http://www.shopherbalife.com/winnergirlswellness

I eat less and exercise more... you know, those things they're always telling us to do! It took a lot of years for me to decide to actually do it and to realize that it actually works for me. I haven't lost a lot yet, but I'm getting there.

I just eat fruit and vegetables.I found these are so good to eat and also good to our health.Plus, exercise is really important for us,with these combined together,we could find it is really an effective way to do,and also it is not harmful to our body. What a good way ,and i hope this will help.Have a nice day.

Hi Momma, I wondered what had happened to you been so long since you posted. Welcome back.
I tried to get things set up with Herbalife but apparently there are no dealers in my area. I have talked to my doctor and he suggested to me a diet that has worked for centuries. He also told me to stay away from the artificial nutrients and gett all from the fruits and veggies that are in the plan. We as humans are hunter gathers, so the diet that is working for me is fruits, nuts, veggies, grains, and red meat. Throw in some fish from time to time. It is working for me, I've been on it for four weeks now and have lost 12 pounds. I'm not hungry and I don't crave the sugars or fats that we have eaten for years causing our country to be so overweight.
If you are interested there is a fine book out by a doctor and his wife, he is a cardiologist and she is a dietitian. The book is titled "The Forever Young Diet & Lifestyle", If you get to read it you will see what I mean.
I'm glad to hear that you are doing so well and making progress with your club.
