i have a lg 22inch lk311 series, and when i started using it,i find that clarity of picture is good when viewed from straight angles and sitting in sofa.if i stand up or get closer to the tv or even the side angles of my lcd tv which is my table,i find the image quality is not good and looks kind of shady?what is the problem and how to solve it?

That would be a "Design Feature" of LCD TV's and screens..the "Sweet spot" for viewing them is directly in front..it's a limitation of the technology,so it'd not be considered a problem with your screen, though your opinion may differ from that of the manufacturer..the "Viewing Angle" might be listed as part of the screen specifications in your owner handbook or manual from when you bought it..you could try comparing that data with other similar screens to see if yours has too limited a range, just in case..I've noticed a similar effect with SatNavs and Laptop screens and portable DVD Players..viewing is almost impossible in some cases outside of the sweet spot..Laptop users are happy to have this,as it prevents neighbouring passengers on aircraft seeing what they're doing, and there are even polarisation screen protectors available so only the user can see what's on screen..
