So the flood took everything from our
home and we need to rebuild. I will be asking a lot of questions I think in the next few weeks about house building materials. So for this moment I was wondering if anyone knows about tankless water heaters and if it is better to get a whole house version or a mini that supplies just single items in a home or business. Which is better to use or saves more money. It would need to be electric and or solar if we can afford it so what the pros and cons of those choices are as well would be appreciated.

I am sorry to hear about your misfortune and glad to know you are all safe. Whenever I hear about nations with numerous flooding, I wonder why engineers are not working hard to control these mishaps. Always so sad to see people suffer these tragedies.
About your heater: Have you researched the tankless water heater? I do not have one, but there are good reviews about it. Wish you recover soon.

Lol no problem. We are not in a flood plane so it was a bit of a surprise to have water this high in a home that has never seen water like this ever!
. Thank you I will check out the link. We have done some research but I like to hear from people who have something as I always wonder at what angle the writer on line has on a certain subject..lol I may need to learn to trust a bit more!
