It seems that a cross country runner from Minnesota puts winning on the back burner to help an injured opponent.

Such stories are happening all around us but never get told because we sometimes too focused on winning. I have watched many Soccer games and when a player gets hurt it is not unusual to see the opposing team kick the ball out of bounds to stop play. Once play restarts the opposing team will throw the ball to the other team as a show of sportsmanship. Such simple acts should be recognized and applauded.

Heroes are all around us . In everyone of us is hiding hero.People can help each other and the only think that they need to do is to believe . The examples are everywhere : Fireman , Policeman ,Doctors .... They save lifes everyday.Even if no one knows about them .They are our everyday heroes . Just like you said we have to talk about them not to forget them .
