I like Lasagna, I like how the cheese just melts in your mouth with the pasta along side it, the taste of the noodles just make you fall in your chair, how many of you make your own sauce? Or do you buy the sauce then add your own ingredients to it? Well as for me, I add my secret ingredients to the sauce and make it taste so wonderful. I just have that touch LOL.. But when it comes to layers I do three layers of the Lasagna, and make it real cheesy, but I have a question about the cheese, I never use goat cheese before so has anyone ever used goat cheese if you have is there a big difference? if so tell me so I can go get some. and is it affordable?

Hi,
Having five thin layers is just right for me.My mum always puts a layer of tomato sauce at the bottom of the pan so that the noodles won't stick. The taste is simply out of this world when we top our Lasagna with grated mozzarella cheese mixed with some oregano. You can experiment with goat cheese as well and I assure you that you are in for a big surprise as it tastes unexpectedly good. It's available here at the local cold storage at an affordable price.

I make it using 3 layers of noodles, 9 layers all together. Sauce, noodles, cottage cheese, cheese, noodles, meat sauce, chesse, noodles, and then cheese again on the top. Then I bake it :)
I have never used goat cheese before. I have used fat free cheese before, it doesn't melt as smooth are the regular cheese.
