What should be done at the first sing of a heart attack?

Recently many of my friends have been complaining of feeling sensations tat could be heart attacks. How should this be handled. Other than calling for help is there anything that can be done on the spot to help?

it should be treated immediately, if you suffers this kind of conditions, see to it that whenever you travel in any places - you must be near to medical facilities or hospitals or exposed to many peoples in order for help are always available.....

At the first sign of a heart attack, pray to God to care of you and help you survive that attack, then pray for your sins and ask forgiveness, so in case you don't make it, you'll be safe in Heaven, and not in hell.

When it comes to heart attack, never ever handle it yourself. Seek medical attention right away, doctors said most heart attacks are not fatal when treated right away. So the first few minutes are very important. I also read to take aspirin while waiting to get to the hospital or while waiting for the medical personnel.
