I guess that most 'adult questions' have already been asked so check first so that you don't start repeated topics

Thanks I'll do that but I believe when it comes to "adult topics" there will always be something else to talk about and there will always be new inputs, ideas or just fun experiences to share.

There is no restriction about discussing adult/sexually related topics but you should take care to read the Terms (which, of course, you have done already, haven't you?)
It is sometimes difficult for people to distinguish between what is legitimate to discuss and what the Terms describe as "obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter."

There are not restrictions, expect for uploading explicit photos. You will find several who will have the same interest as well.
