Anyone found a way to upgrade to iOS5 using the 3G?

Looking at the website, the lowest phone supported is 3Gs. Sigh... I cannot upgrade cos mine is a 3G. Looking at the list of features, I am salivating! Have you upgraded your phone to iOS5? Do you like the new features?

Really? What features are there in the new iOS5? Mine happened to be 3GS and it's good to upgrade.. haha After all i have no plans to buy i4S for an upgrade is the best option for me I hope this upgrade is gonna have some great impact instead of the previous ones i've done, they are mainly repairing bugs and a waste of time.. haha

Well, for one, voice recognition is one of the new features. Messaging via wifi for iphone to iphone is another. There is a whole list of them in the web. Backside itchy lah. old hardware with new app to stretch that shelf of the iphone.

I've upgraded it and the benefits are plenty. I like the iMessaging and Sensitivity touch. They are so convenient and also save me lots of money.. haha

Awww, that's horrible! I have the iphone 4 and I just got the new software a few days ago. I don't want to rub it in your face or anything, but I really do love all the new features. A really cool one is iMessage which is basically free texting between iPhone users. I also think it's cool how everything shows up on your lock screen and you can choose to go to a missed call or certain text just by sliding the text message. As far as I know there's not a way to get these features on a 3g..looks like you'll just have to get a 3gs or 4!!
