I have a friend in the office said that she will do some jogging after work near the Seashore with some of my officemates as well. And she called some officemate here on Duty. And she told her that they just finished jogging they are now eating inside a Resto who serves Rice All You can!!! I was shocked and said louder who is next to my office ans said " What they just finishing jogging and now they are in Rice All you Can Resto, what part of their body their are downsizing , AIR!!!"

I was told to reduce my intake of rice if I want to reduce my weight. Maybe your friend is not fat and jog for health sake so she is not afraid of adding more kilos by eating more rice.

My brother used to go to the gym as well and eat a lot. I don't think this will help at all ^^ But it's really hard not to eat after jogging, you will really be hungry after that.

He did lose his weight... but after a while, he stopped going to the gym and go back to eating a lot. Now his stomach is so big again. He already plan of going to the gym again, he got a one year membership, but he hasnt gone there yet ^^

I think you are right about that! I can see eating a little rice (or anything else for that matter), but not all you can eat! That sure isn't going to help you lose weight! Have a great week!!!

haha then the jogging is just to make your body fit not to reduce the fat inside

It would seem useless but at least she still make an effort to lose fats by jogging. I guess it's okay to eat a lot of rice as long as she regularly jogs.

haha, Dun u know u need to replenish your energy loss with a good meal after a run? lol :D Whenever i finish my workouts or a long run, i will always have double or triple my usual portions of food, to feed my muscles.. haha. UNless u are one who's active, u will never understand why people who exercises, eat as hard as they run.. lol :D Maybe u should try to jog with them, after that u will see how much u gonna eat.. lol :D

Haha...who are they kidding. They should have discipline in eating aside from exercising to lose weight.

Hehehe... funny! Well, what I know is that it's ok to eat protein and carbs after exercising. Our body digests faster because it's recovering from all the burning that one does. HOWEVER, it should be noted that eating a lot after exercising is not advisable. What's good to eat/drink is a protein drink and a little bit of simple carbs.

Well you can eat rice, but if you want to loose some weight cut down those carbohydrates. Jogging is the best ever cardiovascular exercise. It's about 30minutes a day is the only minimum requirement.
