So say you are rich and old and all alone. Who knows we could all go out like this. Anyhow you have all this money and are about to die but no one really to give it to. What do you think of the idea of cloning yourself before you die and picking out your parents and giving the future you and your parents all of your wealth.
Do you think this is an interesting idea? Like you being immortal, would you also want the future you to repeat this process? You could technically genetically live forever. Although each version of you would live in a totally different time, so they would have very different lives. I am just curious on your opinion of cloning for this reason.

If we find a way to make us immortal, we wouldn't have to worried about loosing our loved one because we can make them immortal too... the bigger problem would be overpopulation on earth. @dorannmwin (36392)

While on the one hand that would seem like something that would be interesting to do, on the other hand I don't think that it is something that is appealing at all. The reason that I say that is because of the fact that I'm a charitable person and if I don't have any family members or friends that I could leave my money to, then I would rather give it to some of the charities that I support and then my soul would be able to rest in peace.
