Did anyone watch the new series on Sunday night that started a week ago Sunday? I watched it and ABC said over 16 million people watched the opening night. Wow it went over very well! I love the way it twists with storybook life and real life today. gives a very good twist to all the story book characters we grew up reading. This is fast becoming my favorite show to look forward to watch. Did you watch it yet? You can catch the episodes on ABC.com if you want to view them free.

I have not seen it, but I heard very good things about it. It has a lot of actors I like, like Jennifer Morrison and Ginnifer Goodwin. I was hoping it would do well, but wasn't sure it would because of how in depth the story looks. So many people want simple, basic, get to the point kind of stories. I'm glad to see this is doing so well. The second episode's ratings were almost as good as the first epiosde.

Yeah, I watched it Sunday night but I thought that was the first episode. It caught my interest so I plan on trying to keep up with it. I'm a big fantasy/sci-fi fan and this fit right into the fantasy genre. There's not much on Sunday nights that I like other than The Good Wife so it will be a good diversion for me. Kind of an adult fairy tale (or nasty witch tale?).

Thanks. The woman who is trying to figure everything out is supposed to be Cinderella I think. So I suppose they're going to feature her fairy tale character Sunday.

I've found as I get older that fairy tales are actually quite dark in their contents, nothing like the Disney versions, so the fact that they are exploring this is actually interesting and the fact that it has Jennifer Morrison (I was sad she left House) and Robert Carlyle who are very good actors along with the rest of the cast makes for captivating viewing. I mentioned the same thing in a comment about Grimm in that these shows deal with fairy tale characters, the good and the bad, there is everything that is evil, monsters, cannibals (Hansel and Gretel) and of course dark magic but hopefully the good too, like fairy godmothers, fairies and good magic to help the heroes on their quests. Just a side note, I think it is fun that it is Emma that is the hero, as the fairy tales portray most women as either villains or damsels in distress, and the dashing prince comes to save her, now it is the Emma coming in to save the day.

Oh, yeah. That was one of the new shows I thought I might like. But I still haven't gotten around to getting the *new!*improved!* digital equipment needed to view TV these days. And, unfortunately, ABC.com won't let me watch any of their shows. I can look at all the extraneous info on their site for various shows, but not the episodes themselves. =Wah!=

Yea I don't understand WHY Canada cannot get to view the same shows they can watch on TV on the online site. My girlfriend in Canada has the same problem.

I've watched it and like it so far. Fortunately it is on when there was nothing else I wanted to watch. I already have way too many shows I like that are in time spot conflict.

I haven't watched it. I think it was up against other shows that I watch. Maybe I'll try to go to abc's website and watch it. It did kind of seem interesting. I'll have to try to watch it next time it comes on.

I've been watching it and it's held my attention. I'm still waiting to see how Snow ruined the Queen's life although it's probably something to do with the prince. That queen is really, really crazy. I can't imagine killing my own father in order to wreak revenge on someone. And Malificent, the queen from Sleeping Beauty, was a nice touch as her best friend. I love the little boy Henry, he looks like an elf. I wonder who he really is? All in all, an engaging series and I hope it makes it through to another season. I also started watching Grimm, which was much better than I thought it would be.

I saw the first episode which was a week ago. I couldn't see the second week because my power was out due to a snowstorm. Thanks for mentioning ABC.com.

I watched it the first week and liked it. I was going to watch it again but I forgot. I thought they might have a Halloween story and wanted to see it. I am not sure what I was doing that I forgot. I may have been on MyLot!
