My husand had a funny sauna experience

I remember going to the sauna after I worked out once with my friend. It was in the Winter time and we walked out into the cold, crisp air after words and it was quite an experience. It felt so good. I know what the Norwegian must feel. It wasn't a funny experience but a memorable one.

hahahaha... that really fun story.. maybe your husband should get some training.. i have one, one day one of my friend go to sauna... and he has entered a false room, that room only for girl... he really embrassed but he say, he got some good view.. hehehe... cheers.

Sorry my friend but I am still chuckling reading about your husbands experience! I hope no one came in afterwards to see him. I used to go into saunas a lot and steam rooms, when I first started going I was fortunate in that a friend took me a long to one to experience it, as I am not that confident to go anywhere new on my own. However I did get a shock when I went into the steam room and I sat in the wrong place, I thought it was a chair but it was for the steam to come out, luckily I had a towel on otherwise I would have been quite red in the face and in the derriere LOL!

When I was 18 years old I worked in Finland as a children's nanny. The family had a lakeside cottage with a sauna. They hit each other with birch leaves which I found very funny. Afterwards we went for a swim in the cool and refreshing lake. Today I went to the gym, swimming pool and spa pool. I like the steam room, a cold shower and then a spa pool. It was relaxing and enjoyable. I have joined a sport's club for one year in order to get more fit and healthy.

I'd never been to one so I'd probably do the same thing.LOL Why? Isn't there any instructions as to what you are supposed to do in there?

well, haha..that was the funniest story of the day.. I understand if we enter the sauna room for the first time, we get nervous and do not know what to do..even there's instruction hanging on the wall,but the fogging really annoying and distract us to observed the entire room.

I haven't try to go into a sauna.I think it would be a great experience and I like to try it even for once.I think I would have fun too and I know now that I should not pour the water in me but in the hot rocks hehe.
