Net Neutrality

I have heard that on November 20th, net neutrality will come into effect. I have not heard anything about this.
If it is like anything else the left pushes, instead of neutrality, it is actual biasing. I have learned to reverse the logic on everything the left pushes and it is almost point on.
From what I understand is that the FCC is trying to crack down on the big internet providers. How? Only way is for the government to take control. This appears to me a big government takeover of the internet.
Does this have any link the the nationwide emergency test that was done on November 9th. Does this give the power for the government to take over the airwaves and the internet at the same time. Something does not seem right about all of this.

More like Net Neutering, that test freaked me out when I read about it. They control all of the information, all of it and if they don't like what is being said, they will shut it down. I think there is going to be a civil war again in this lifetime because lines in the sand have been drawn. They want us to fight, it keeps the focus off of them. I just hope and pray that the next person who holds the highest office in our land of the USA has the guts to clean house. The American people need to hold people accountable for their actions, we discipline our kids, why are adults immune to it?

This whole concept does remind me of the move not so long ago the curb (neuter!) talk radio.. what was that called? I wonder.. what they called it was totally misleading and was the opposite of its intent! (Which was to silence any dissenting voices.)

I think this is a government takeover. It has nothing to do with those emergency tests on November 9th. They have always happened and here in Canada we have the same thing. What is happening is that the government, i.e. the leftist government under Obama and his minions is using this o called Net Neutrality to take over all the internee.t And once they do, any voice that opposes them will be silenced. They will probably do that by charging excessive amounts for band width or other methods.

I would usually type out a long rant, but I am literally sick to my stomach with all this government interference. It's not their place to put their nose in so much. It just isn't.
For all the finger pointing and blaming and skirting blame they do, every single one of America's problems can be traced back to government as the launching pad for the FUBAR rocket to planet SNAFU. Every single one.
