Okay, on one of my previous discussions, I posted about I encounter difficulty to import the movie file, which I already converted to MPEG - 4 format, to iTunes. After I read all the instructions from google search, and the tutorial videos from youtube, I didn't see nothing wrong with the steps I followed, why it won't work for me. I scratch my head hard, and eventually, I want to switch it to my laptop computer, which I installed the iTunes 10.5 version into my laptop. Surprisingly, it works perfect on the laptop computer, I can easily imported video files within my laptop while I couldn't do it on the desktop. What is wrong with it?

What's the specifications of the desktop computer (the first computer) you are using to transfer video to iPad 2? Mac or MS Windows? Have you already updated your iTunes in the desktop computer? The latest version is iTunes 10.5.1.

My desktop and laptop both are Windows Operated system, Win 7, and my desktop is 64 bit, and the laptop is 32-bit, but it won't be matter though.

I am really not sure. I wander if it has anything to do with your firewall or antivirus software? I had a hard time with it, with my desktop also but finally got it working.
