Do You Think I'll Behave Myself On Yet Another Night Out?!

I don't go on nights out very often but when I do I make the most of it i.e. I get a bit drunk.
In my new avatar I've uploaded a pic taken on my LAST night out that was in the new Rock Club opened up recently.
As you can see I'm smiling and the reason for this is simple; I was inebriated i.e. pissed lol.
It could've been worse though as my SIL (who took the pic) said she was "alright until I drank that bamboozle stuff or whatever it's called" and I refused it at the time, even though it was free! Her hangover was miles worse than mine although SHE didn't get up to dance to EVERYTHING like I did.
Mmmm, it must've been the Kronenbourg 1664 Pilsner lager that did it with me then.
Tomorrow night is the Magnum gig, of course. I will try to get hubby to take a pic of me and Bob Catley in the free do afterwards 'cos I just KNOW you would like that. Then again, I'll probably run away..or will Bob run away instead?

That is a nice picture, it looks like you had a great time! Have fun at the Magnum gig, they are AWESOME!!

We just got back and I must say, I was well impressed with Bob and the Gang! The venue is brilliant with loads of toilets and two bars. Can't ask for more really AND I only had three pints of lager, which enabled me to take it all in.
Magnum sang a bit of everything..stuff from the present such as "The Fall" and blasts from the past like "All England's Eyes."
They were on for an hour and a half and rumour has it Saxon and The Who (on seperate occasions) will be playing at Sound Carlisle at some stage.
Bring it on I say!

Thanks! For some reason some pics aren't showing on MyLot (for me at least). Yours is fine but mine..er, nowhere to be seen. It's all very strange.
Take it from me Magnum were AWESOME! The new venue was AWESOME and I'm so pleased it's within staggering distance from home!
Only had 3 pints though..honest.

Oh crap. Back to the missing avatars... seems to happen every couple of months or so. If we're really good, do you think we'll get them back for Christmas?

No new pics I'm afraid. I know why. John had hold of my leather jacket (I was soo hot in there) and had a drink in his other hand, plus the fact he has problems keeping the camera still with his shaky hands. Not through drink you understand. He has a condition that makes his hands shake so I don't really know why I let him be in charge of the camera, to be honest.
Oh, well, it follows a tradition of mine whereby I NEVER take photos of bands. I just..well, boogey away and it's all within my heart and my head what went on.
I reckon that's the best way. I promise you we were there and if pics appear on the venue's website I shall post them. You never know, I might be on there but, somehow I doubt it.

I was that hyper last night I couldn't sleep..and I went to bed at 2am! I had about 2 hours to calm down after getting home from the gig but it didn't work!
Oh, well, I should sleep like a log tonight, all being well.

Hi Janey.. I just went hunting around for the picture, but for some reason when I go into pictures, even my own, all I can see are the titles. Maybe it's a glitch on the site and I will come back later and see if its different. The site is loading very slowly today, so that may be something to do with the problem. Just as I was looking forward to seeing ou inebriated too! Bet your glad you didn't drink that bamboozle stuff.. Regarding your question in the title.. do you think you'll behave yourself? They may be some who hope not, in view of putting up another picture! But what the heck? Have a good night! _Derek

I know what you mean about some pics not loading on this site. Unfortunately, I don't have any new ones for you but I'll leave it to your imagination..and yes, I enjoyed myself SOOOO MUCH you wouldn't believe. Magnum fans are a lovely bunch and all were there for the music and a bloody good time. I was pleased myself because I got merry but not "out of it" and had an extremely good view of Bob Catley and his tambourine.
