I can't seem to sleep on the time that i wanted and i ended up not being able to sleep until sunrise. I think this is due to the constant time zone adjustments i have from working at sea. Please suggest on how I can cure this illness

o insomnia is something very wrong. not being able to sleep in what a problem it. definitely need to make a holiday to relax not misilsh you have insomnia simply forget about it and can just go away. Yet many people who sometimes have insomnia goes away by itself might have tense. the other option is to turn to some experts and see what it can do for you. success. nice day!

I don't know how you can cure this. I have problems sleeping at nightime, I just wake up many times during the night and sleep very lightly. I think as you get older you need less sleep and if you are not too tired then you should be ok

It can be the timezone but also your bio-ritme. We all have a different one. Also..sleeping is a kind of habit. We sleep when we are used to. But as my granddad always said: if you don't sleep you are still resting. So it's better to lay down, in the dark (this gives the brains rest) and try to relax. You can't really cure it from one moment to an other since your body/bio-ritme has to change which takes time. BTW insomnia is an illness.. if you never had this before but because of your job it's not insomnia.

I was thinking that it could be my body is not used to the current timezone, but it's been a month since i switched to a different timezone and still I can't sleep in the proper time that i want. but i guess it's not insomnia after all, but something else thank you for your response happy mylotting
