You can definitely use Paypal, I actually think that its the only form of payment they have now, because when I sell something on ebay its the only form of payment it allows me to use. It usually just gives you the option you choose Paypal and log in and pay. In my case it goes directly to Paypal to pay.

Paypal is owned by eBay so naturally it is the preferred method. However, you might occasionally run into a seller who does not accept it.

Hello, sajujohn! As I understand, one of the methods in paying items in eBay is through PayPal. I have never tried it but one of my friends has an account in ebay and is buying items from ebay through Paypal. Based on what I read, you also need to check if Paypal is one of the methods of payment the seller is accepting. Aside from PayPal, the seller in ebay can also use ProPay, Moneybookers, Paymate, and credit or debit card.
For additional information, kindly check
http://pages.ebay.com/help/buy/questions/buy-item.html . This link will guide you on how you can buy an item from eBay. You may also check http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/accepted-payments-policy.html . You will find here the accepted payments policy and payment methods not allowed by eBay.

Yes you can. If you look, many buyers do accept Paypal, sometimes as their only method of accepted payment. But you won't see the Paypal button until you've already entered into a contract. Hope that helps!
