What are the reasons and best ways to stop smoking?

I have a friend who is a beautiful girl but she has a smoking habit. She is trying to quit. She has not been able to stop yet. What are the top reasons and the best way to stop maybe I can tell her and help her.

The ONLY way to quit is to not "try" but to decide. As the great master Yoda says: "Do, or do not. There is no try."
