My Blog has an Audience

I have an online blog that I have not been able to update for a long time. Now I decided to write about my mom last night and posted my blog. I was not aware that you can actually view the number of people viewing your blog and was amazed that over the past few months, even if I wasn't writing anything, someone has been visiting my blog site. The thought that someone is actually reading what I write brings me joy, even if they are just like less than ten people. Do you keep track of who visits your blog?

Hello Anne, nice to hear that, well yes, I do get updated on a weekly basis about my traffic. I posted a widget on my blog so that I can also see the number of visitors and page views on my website. You can also visit my site on my profile. Anyway, nice to hear you continue on posting on your blog. It's much better if you do it regularly so that you can get something out of it if you have it monetized.

I actually remove my widget of numbers of visitors but I put a feedjit where I can see my visitors of what countries they came from. I hope that you also take a peak at my site too can be seen at my profile too. By the way my blog is a do follow blog which gives a benefit for those who comment because of link juice back to their site

I have just recently started a blog but it has been less than a month and i have barely posted anything so i have not yet got the chance to accumulate an audience but I hope i do as i get more active.. good luck to you and your blog

Hi! I have a blog too, but just like you, I have been let it be as it is for quite sometime, but there are still some visitor there but just not many. I am happy too for that with a few visitor, at least there are some visitor.

Congrats to that! There are actually some sites that will send you an update straight to your email of how many visits you have on your site. But even without those may also see it on the dashboard of your blog. My old old blog which I have not been updating has regular visitors too, and I'm even receiving comments continuously in one of the entry I have made in the year 2008 Til date it has now received a total of 160+ That one is I guess the reason why my PR in the site is good. But since it was written in Tagalog and can't use to monetize it, I have to stop writing on it and make a new one.

every now and then, i checked the number of visits to my blogs. you're right, it's fulfilling to know that some people actually read what we wrote, even if we have not updated or written anything new. those people motivate me to write and update my blog. but again, writing for blog should be fun, and now, fulfilling.

I had 3 blog to maintain. I try to update everyday any one of my blogs. I think I am pushing off my limits cause I am not that really use to update everyday on my blogs. Before I update every 2 weeks only but now I updated it everyday. I also realize that the more I update my blog the more that it was read by many. I advice that you update it regularly or you will also lose that 10 readers that constantly visiting your blog
