Sachin again missed the chance.

Today in the last over master batsman Sachin Tendulkar again missed a golden opportunity to score his 100-th century. He was playing very well and scored 73 runs but in the last over of today's game he was bowled by Siddle. I thought definitely he will make the century this time but have to sadly admit that we have to wait further. I also hope Sachin will score the ton in the next innings itself. What do you guys think?

I thought he was well on his way to score the century. He was striking the ball beautifully and seemed to be full of confidence. But unfortunately again fell close to the end. I think once he gets into the mood of playing for the close of the day, he is the most vulnerable. Cheers! Ram

You are damn right, if 1 hour of play has still left than Sachin would easily have score a century. He was planning for the next day and was succumb to his mind. The ball was in all conditions was easily playable. MCG is gone, Sydney is waiting.

when he becomes cautious he is vulnerable, maybe he should take a leaf out of Sehwag's book and play more positively when he is approaching landmarks. His uppercutting was so effortless and imperious and it was comical to see the slip fielders looking up and swiveling their necks as the ball sailed over the boundary for a six. I think Sachin and Veeru should apply for a patent for this particular shot. No one can play it as effortlessly as these two.

Really really heart broken that the little champion could not complete his century today and the wait continues :( He was playing well today and some of the shots were fantastic that I really felt that it was destined to be this innings.. Moreover he looked really confident and untroubled and was aggressive when it was needed.. In short it was a beautiful innings thatdeserved a century.. I just pray now that Sachin gets his century in the next innings itself and ease our waiting hearts.. Go Sachin:)

He was in a good touch with his bat through out the innings. All the credit of his wicket goes for Siddle . It was just an amazing one. It will be very difficult for Indian batsmen, if Siddle continue his top class bowling .

surely, he had a good chance to make it. but didnt get there. his innings was a valuable one for the team. surely he have more time in this series. so we can wait for it.

Whenever sachin comes to bat, each of us think this time he will make the centuty and we keep the hope for next time when he fails. It is little crazy Sachin played very well, his strike rste was high today with around 80 and he was striking the ball very well. I was sure that he will do this time but... Well nothing to worry still alot of innings nare there. We have to wait and we will.

It was just another good opportunity for Sachin. But, he failed at last . Anyway, let us hope that he may score his 100th century in the coming innings or in the next match .
