There certainly is a lot of different kinds isn't there. I was raised with milk so welcome it to my diet but I know we can get different qualities by taste. I go for 2% it is cheap but I also like milk products and there are lots of those too. I think you have like what you eat and drink so I don't stuff something down if I don't like it. There are so many ways you can put products together to give you what you need for nutrition. Taste is what you desire and certainly you tummy is the one that says something about your choices?

I don't drink milk, we all (my family) don't. Protein you can get out of many things. Milk is ment to be for a baby cow not for human beings and that is exactly why so many people have allergies or are not even able to drink it (lactose intolerance is very common). This besides of the fact that milk = milk. Yoghurt is made out of milk just like cheese or butter (real) and cream. For those who have a lactose intolerance.. you can only use milk products with a high fat level (the more fat there is in it the less lactose there is). If you have a lactose intolerance you can't drink soymilk btw. And chocolate milk is not healthy at all.. lots of sugar it has nothing to do with a good diet or getting the right proteins at all.

My personal opinion? Mother's Milk! Seriously. But seeing as you can't possibly get that anymore (can you?). I'd suggest pure cow's milk. But that still depends upon your daily dietary needs. Soymilk does have a lot of protein but it lacks vitamins found in cow's milk. You'll also need high-calcium milk if you are a woman. Seeing as women are more likely to get osteoporosis in later years because of menopause. Stocking up on high-calcium milk may just be the thing for you. But taking too much high-calcium milk may cause constipation, or worse, hypercalcemia. If you could find the time to consult a dietician. It would be so much better. Love and Peace
