low age engagement of babies with other low age by parents.

in some places may people/parents, they are habitual to fix engagement of very low age babies at the age of 5 year to other 5 year or 6, 7 years boys, it this right way to do so?

Nobody knows or can say what is right. You can find it weird. What happens in the future of these kids you have to wait for and see.
