How was your wedding?

My husband and I got married 3 years ago. We got married in the city where I was born. After the church ceremony we had coffee and wedding cake at a cafe close to the Hans Christian Andersen museum. Hans Christian Andersen was born in the city where our wedding took place and the cafe we where we had the wedding cake is decorated with fairytale pictures, it is a beautiful place. Outside the cafe there is a place small lake where we took many pictures. Around 6 p.m. it was time for dinner and that took place at a Chinese restaurant in the same city. It is a 2 story restaurant and we had rented the entire basement because we were about 50 people.

We discussed how or what we wanted but in the end everything was changed. So I was informed that the wedding would be earlier (I just arrived in time), the cooks were found (no chance to eat/order/cook what I like). I married in Africa, the whole village was present. The pie was damaged as it was picked up, my husband deleted all pictures we made, so it was completely different as expected. But.. the sun was shining, my son and daughter were present (pics of them you can find here) and with a little bit of luck I made a new friend for life.

I am not married yet. My boyfriend hasnt asked the question but has said to me in the past that he wants to buy a house for us first before getting married and to get settled in. That is fine with me because this year we are going to try and get a house and do some things right in our lives as well. I have a place picked out, i have my dress i would like to wear the decorations are already in my head the bridesmaid dresses and everything. I actually have a folder in my closet with dresses, cakes, decorations and so much more in it to be organized and to go over it all with my byfriend when we do decide to get married of course too.
