Italy welcome Totti in national team

Whether Totti deserved to play again depends on his form. Reputation should be put aside. If Totti can up his form from now till the end of the season, then he has every right to have a recall. Else, better leave it to someone who can do it.

Totti is good enough to play for the national team. He's committed to the game of football and he ought to be included again if he finds his form. He's an asset to the team given his vision and ability to score goals, even at his age now. Look at del piero, he's still playing now and both of them are smart players. It's the combination of the two that italy is a force to be reckon with. With those new youth players, they just doesn't what it takes to play it the italian way.

Yes, Totti still can play for Italy National Team. But i think it'll be also depend on other players' condition. Given Rossi and Cassano still injured, and if they can't manage their physical condition until the time arrive, then Totti's chances will grow up. Also if other players like Pazzini, Matri, Osvaldo or everyone else didn't give a good performance, well, Totti'll gain more chances.
