Park your car in someone else's rear end will you?????

I was so pissed at my one roommate who drives when I looked outside and saw his car parked behind my truck. But that wasn't the worst of it. When my other roommate left, he sent me a text telling me that he couldn't see the hitch on my bumper, that the other car was parked right on it. So I went out there to look, and sure enough, his bumper was right up on my hitch! My hitch was under his car!! I was almost speechless. He was drunk and stoned when came home and parked his car. Instead of moving my truck, he decided to do what he did, which frustrated me to no end. And he had the nerve to complain when I sent him my 3rd text about it. I had pictures taken of this, and have 2 that I can post, but can only put up one at a time. I nearly lost it when he finally moved my truck and came inside. I just don't trust him, I don't know how I can now when he's done worse than ever. I mean, he has parked on my hitch before, but it's usually only gone into his license plate. This is the first time he's ever driven up onto it. I was ready to call the police on him for doing this, he may have damaged his car, but I know for sure that he wouldn't damage my hitch unless he did worse to it.
