If you already file your tax return, they might give you an estimated date the money might arrive your bank account, or to your home address in check. But the actual day no one would actual know as I read on the news, since last year there were so many tax scam going on, IRS has to gone through all the identity check and examination before send the money out to ensure the actual person receive his rightful money. I might not be a patient one, since I done mine a few weeks ago, and I still not getting my money yet. But after read that news, maybe it is worth the waiting. Have you gotten your money yet?

Isn't it funny how they can be late with the money that they owe the citizens but how dare we be late with any that we owe them... If we do owe and we are late they penalize the crap outta us at a whopping 23%... Amazing. We finally got ours.

I have not been able to file yet because my husband's former employer has not given us the W2 yet. We had the same problem last year and this year when we called the IRS we were told if the form does not come in by the 15 of February we can call them back and the IRS will find out what is going on and if need be the employer will be paying a fine. I am hoping it does not take too long to get our refund once we do file. I am glad that the IRS is checking things carefully before sending things out.
