Yesterday I went to the market to buy food for the whole week. One of the vendor ask me to buy soursop to her, I like this fruit so much specially if it is ripe and sweet. Now I'm eating it and I put some ice and little sugar to lessen the little sour taste. Soursop has many health benefits into our body, curing cancer for its vitamins content. Lucky me that this is one of my favorite fruit that not expensive. Do you put something in the fruit that you eat can you please share so I can try also. I love to experiment eating fruits with something on it. Any recipe you can share...

I like avocado and chocolate milk. i usually make avocado juice with some ice. then after it blends well, I add some chocolate milk into it. I think it's the most delicious fruit mix ever. it's simple but it's much in taste. or I like to make this: take an apple, a pear and melon. chop them in cubes. pour some water, add syrup in it (the best syrup is cocopandan taste, I dunno how to say this taste in English..LOL), then add some soda. stir well and let it some times. last, add some ice. it is also good in taste. simple, easy to make but rich in taste..

Yeah. I've heard that fruit is good for helping cancer patients recover from their illness. Aside from the health benefits, that fruit also tastes good. I really like its taste, especially when it is chilled/cold.

Soursop or Guyabano is a good source of vitamin c and is rich in fiber aside from other health benefits one can get from eating it. I like it blended with milk and instead of white sugar, I use brown sugar for health reason.
