And I shudder whenever I think back about it.
I had been very sick so my diet is a bit different than the rest of my family. Our blood cells shows that we had too much fat in our blood, in need of hydration and detoxification.
But what I saw while in the middle of the program that I cannot forget is the image where the blood of one patient looked like a rotten chunk of meat that's been passed by a bunch of worms.
At least my blood looked like scattered pieces of healthy meat.
He was not even sick yet his diet is so unhealthy. Do I even have the right to become jealous of such a body that can withstand bad blood? Seriously, the guy needs some serious water therapy; liver cleaning and detoxification.
At least I only had to eat fruits and veggies and 8 glasses of water to get my blood in a better condition. I was so close to healthy blood. I wish I won't have nightmares because of this.

I 'm told that I need to eat just fruits and vegetables, but I 'm still hungry when I do that.

Then eat more of them. I don't think they can make you go bigger or heavier. Instead I've read that eating fruits and veggies lessens weight while being good for the health.

Blood tests reveal a lot about what's going on in our bodies. A few years ago, I didn't know what was wrong with me. I thought that I was just depressed and the doctor would give me some anti-depressants but he requested the lab to do a blood test on me and he determined from the test that I had hypothyroidism which is when your thyroid gland doesn't produce enough thyroid hormone. Also, blood tests are vital in determining cancers and other live threatning dieseases. Anyway, they are very much needed and useful, I think.

Hi there sinful rose,
Well for me knowing that you need to be healthy is the first part of getting healthy, knowing that you need to make changes says a lot about you on how you wanna tackle the problem, cant go to war if you don't know who your fighting right, anyway just keep at it and see and the end of the rainbow is a pot full of gold.

Thanks for the encouragement, deodavid!
I agree, one cannot go to war without knowing the enemy because one cannot be prepared for it when the enemy attacks.
I really do have to make changes in my diet. It's just a little change to our already customized diet so those required of me is just a piece of cake; especially the water part. I had been under water therapy before so this is nothing new to me.
I am also well aware of the "pot full of gold" at the end of the rainbow since I had experienced 12 years free from my allergic reactions from certain food. And I want to maintain it that way. We had already realized that a weak immune system would frequently encourage asthmatic disorders so just making me healthy again is the real goal here.
Thanks for responding and Happy MyLotting!
