So I was talking to my Avon district leader. She was pushing me to become a representative who manages other. Basically you get others to sell (while you still sell) and help them along. Now you get incentives and a percentage of their sales for this but only in campaigns you yourself have $200+ sales. I barely if ever get that. Is anyone doing this and making money?

An old friend called me recently and offered me to make business with Amway products. They have the well known MLM system and she said that you have a dual advantage. First you can get their products for yourself at very low prices. Also you if you sell and you organise other people working under you, you can make good money. I'm still hesitating because I have a full time job but I need additional incomes too.
Years ago I tried to sell nutritional supplements of a German company. The seemed good but were too expensive for our reality here. Finally I gave up.
But we have Avon distributors here and I think that they have some success. /these products are not too expensive, they are good and after all ladies always spend money for beauty products. Maybe you should try!

Well I have been selling Avon for almost a year now and this is to get people to sell under you. You bring them in and then manage them. It sounds like a lot of work and I wanted to know if it is actually worth doing..

Avon is a fast growing and stable company here in our country. I used to be an Avon lady when I was in college. Its a way for me to earn extra while I'm studying and it was fun. I stopped because some of my customers didn't pay me, and I wouldn't have enough to cover the charges if it keeps on happening. So, I just used my account for personal purchases, instead.
I'm sure you'd enjoy doing the job, because I've seen these coordinators at the Avon building happily engaging with their recruited members and they seem to be earning a lot. Just give it a try, and its a good thing that you have a friend who could be a living testimonial of Avon's wonders for you.

We do not have a central office here the managers are still home based but I have to start earning more personally before I can do this it seems.
