You can check on ebay because people who sell their stuff are on ebay. But most likely, you need to do this method to make sure you won’t get scammed. First do not use credit card, call him on phone instead and talk about the final or fixed price of the item you want and meet and deal. In that way, your money will be safe.

Buy Sennheiser if you're looking for the best sound quality headphones but no chance they have anything less than $10.I think logitech have some of the best headphones at the lower price as $10

there are much popular brands as logitech for example producing webcam,headphone and so on..naturally you have a really low budget so may be you can search for some national brand producing pc accessories and normally you can find something for your need..

I think you can get a cheap web cam and can still enjoyed a good online meeting. This day cam are cheap but already have a good quality. I use cheap Head phone ( cost about $7 ) and it work fine for video call using skype. I never found any problem using it and the sound quality is good. Although expensive headphone might have better sound, but i don't think is not much different.

hey this things are very cheap these days a quality webcam costs approx. 10$ here in india and quality head phone 6$ approx. in india with diffrent varities and a loudspeaker starts here from 6$ to lots of. means you can get this all cheaply anywhere in the world. you can shop online also for this in cheap price.

I can't give you much help on anything but the webcam suggestion but I would suggest a LogiTech you can buy them on Ebay for like $80 and it's well worth you're money with the right lighting. Much better than a webcam that comes built into you're laptop. Hope this helps!

You shouldn't have any trouble getting any of these things, and very cheaply too. All I can advise is, don't get a webcam with a built in microphone. I have one and first of all it doesn't work since it only "hears" the fans in my computer. And secondly, the operating system thinks the webcam is the sound card!!!
