The largest crocodile in the world is in Agusan and I'm headed there later.
I'm gonna go see "Lolong"
ever since he was captured, I wanted to see just how big he is and i'll finally be able to do it later!

i hope you come back and upload pics. i would like to show that to my daughter for science class (she is home schooled). i don't even know where Agusan is. is that in the u.s, or in another country. i never have seen an alligator small or big, and i liven near new orleans before. i must look up the lolong legend. okay, i just found out the answers to my question here.

How far is this place from you? I have never been that interested in them but if someone wanted to take me I would go with them to see it. I'm afraid of gators but if the opportunity came up to see this particular one, then I'm there! Hope you didn't get eaten.

Yes, crocodiles can get to be really big. Some can be so big that they can swallow a whole human.

His name is Lolong cos that is the name of one of the forest rangers who tried to catch him, well he is a wild croc but the government decided to catch him and keep him for captivity cos he had been attacking people, now he is in a crocodile conservation and became a major tourist attraction.

lucky you! i wonder what has happened to lolong. since his captivity, i have not heard or read any news on him. what i heard is that the place where he is located is turned into tourist attraction for the town. and it has become an income generating project of the town because many people want to see the biggest crocodile in captivity in the world.

I remember they said he is so big that he is able to attack a carabao or a water buffalo. I think he is getting used to captivity now. i heard that people are trying to find his mate, They said there is a female crocodile who is said to be his mate and she is said to be bigger than Lolong.
