They are the same as they have been for generations...and one for centuries. They are of course Religion and fuel. More folks have been murdered over religious beliefs than for any other reason...More wars have been fought in the "name of religion" than for any other reason. We now have fuel to add to the greed and domination mix. In the past couple of decades wars have been started over access to fuel. Of course religious domination is also added to the mix. You would have thought by now that folks would have become civilized enough to deal with these situations without killing each other...Not true, however. Certain Gov. seem to think that they have the right to control all the fuel production and consumption for everyone. Certain religious groups feel that they have the right to dominate all other beliefs. Which of course just leads to death and destruction. NO ONE has the right to tell another how to live their life. NO ONE has the right to tell another what religion is the "RIGHT" religion. There are only a few groups of people in this world who do not infringe their beliefs on onthers...they are the only ones who have it right!

I totally agree. I don't have a problem with anyone else's beliefs as long as they don't try to foist them upon me. The world would be a much better place if everyone, including governments, adopted more of a "live and let live" attitude. Unfortunately, there are always those who feel the need to dominate others and they will always try and make everyone else conform to their wishes. Why can't people just worry about themselves and quit trying to change everybody else? As an example, why are there people that want to change America into a socialist country? There are plenty of socialist countries in the world that they could go live in, so why do they feel the need to change this one. Let us be what we are. Anybody that doesn't like it is free to leave. I agree though, that the worst are the religious fanatics. Especially the ones that want to kill anyone that doesn't conform to their views. Eventually, we need to start getting along but I don't see it happening anytime in the near future.

I believe we as a people have forgotten what the saying "All things in Moderation" means and how nice it would be if more folks applied it.

yes i agree with you, but for me, religion is not a problem as long you believed in God, you lived a good and decent life, you life a life based on God's teaching, even what religion you belong its ok. as for fuel increase, we need to find a way to increase our source of income to cope with these increase, money is everywhere, you need to find it in your own way, find your talent, and make money out of it.
