Are you a healthy eater? Do you watch your food if it is healthy or not? I know there are times that I eat a lot and most of it are not healthy. What are really the healthy food that we must eat? Nowadays there are many different kinds of food that out in the market but are we sure it is healthy and safe to eat. For me eating vegetables, fish , meat, fruits, milk is a healthy diet for me. But is it enough to make us healthy?

I eat less pork and beef only chicken and veggies my daughter is a vegetarian she chooses vegetable over meat.

Me too I refer chicken than pork and beef. I have tried eating a bowl of steamed kangkong mixed with tomatoes for supper... no rice just that

Hello friend Healthy food means a complete food presents a all food factor.But those days that the healthy food out of range of people with respect two reason. 1.Higher prize& less present of the market. 2.impure of food... I can try to eat healthy food but many people who live different corners from the world which have not know who are eating in the shape of food......

For the most part I have really been trying to cut back on some of the things like processed and Fast foods, etc. but from time to time I end up having to resort back to those, and it is a hard thing to battle. For me since I am Diabetic and have problems with Blood pressure, eating Healthy really should be more of the key, but from time to time I find myself slipping back instead.

I like veggies a lot, fresh salad will do for me. I am not much of meat- I can even survive with bread and mayo. But like the above mylotter- we're both foodie...ehhh...we're getting bigger everyday

hi lyn, I am a foodie person oh well it shows with my body Now a days you can't define which one is really healthy and not As long as I eat veggies,meat, fish and I don't eat out of this world food that will be fine. Sometimes even you have healthy living if its your time then it is you time happy mylotting

The things which we buy from our market is not healthy for our body. Each of the things like vegetables,fruits,fishes must be washed twice or thrice to remove the impurities from it. Make your most of the attempts to eat homely food. This will decrease the amount of poison or the pollutant entering into your body.

I always try to eat organic food and like to cook vegetables from scratch as I don't like to buy them frozen or in tins. I am on a sugar-free diet and make sure that any packets of food I do get to buy has no sugar in at all. This is because research has suggested that sugar is unhealthy and the cause of many chronic diseases. _Derek

We don't have frozen vegetables in the market mostly fresh from the farm fishes that fresh from the sea. My mother has a veggie garden at the back and we can get it fresh from the tree.

I try to eat a well balanced meal, because I was taught that way since childhood. But I´m not asking myself if a food is healthy or not every time I eat. It seems that my own body accepts or rejects some foods at a certain moment.

I am not a very healthy eater- when it comes to snacks.I usually eat bread and junk food. But for lunch and dinner- I think i eat healthy stuff. We usually have pork and chicken, but more on vegetables- green leafy ones. And we have fruits sometimes.

I always do watch what i eat because it is true that what you are reflects on what u eat.I always practice to eat more on vegetables and fruits.As much as possible I avoid eating junk foods and high calorie foods.I always choose what is best foods to be eaten that is more nutritious and healthy to our bodies and well being.
