I've been there once and here is the verdict ~ I loved, loved, loved Camiguin! We saw Katibawasan Falls (majestic!!), Ardent Springs, Soda Springs, Mantigue Island (I think it's called Magsaysay Island now ~ I just love the sound of the old name), White Island (where we took awesome pictures), the sunken cemetary, PhilVocs at Hibok-hibok. It's a pity it was not the Lanzones season during that time. I would love to go back to that place, but maybe next time when the Lanzones abound. I bet you're going to have a fantastic time!

I haven't been to the Philippines yet but it is close to the top of mt travel wish list. I hope that you will have a wonderful time in Camiguin. Two days there will give you an excellent chance to explore and unwind. Good luck with your planned trip and have a great first visit there.

We were just there a week or 2 weeks ago. I really enjoyed my stay there. It seems so peaceful and I was enjoying the greenery around the island. You can go around the island for one day. So 2 days there would be enough. I love the white sand bar there and the waterfalls and the cold springs. I would have loved to trek the dormant volcanoes but I only spent 3 days there so my time was not enough to include it in my itinerary.

Yes, I've been there once and it's great. I just don't like the traveling part from Misamis to Camiguin, because you have to be on a small boat and the current could get very strong. I hope there could be flights straight to Camiguin in the near future. The beaches aren't very nice from the mainland. But, there are a lot of other things you can do like a tour to the springs (there's plenty of those, there), historical spots like the sunken cemetery and you can take a lot of good pictures of the volcano. It's a really nice place, overall. Then you can have a side trip to Cagayan, if you haven't been there, yet.
