its more pain when our mother cried because of us,,,

asliah ..Most people have a very strong emotional attachment to their Mothers...even when we know they may be wrong, we still react emotionally to whatever they say I reacted this way with my mother...I wonder if it could be something in our DNA that causes this... I have tried to keep that in mind with my girls..I know I can tug at their heartstrings so I am careful.

As I said earlier, my mother is my best friend and my comfort zone and worst if I'll be the one who will let her cry. I think I would not forgive myself if I do that. It is of course too painful for if only I could cry for her and not herself then I 'll do that for her.

I have never seen my mom cried because of the bad thing that I did. What I most of the time witnessed is her firm face scolding me of the bad things that I did. Sometimes, I see her sweet face telling me how much she loves me and give me some pieces of advice in life. I have also seen the sadness in her face whenever there is a problem within the family. However, I remember one time that she cried for me and that is when I got a serious sickness and almost die.

I love my mother and it really hurts to see her cry because of what I did or because of what my siblings did. I have seen my mother cry so many times already because of us. I feel sad and worried and ashamed as well for my actions because I know I can never ease her pain. What has been done can't be undone, so what I do is try to never do that same mistake again.

yes, several times already.. i made my mom cried because of what i did.. and i hate myself because of it.. i feel so stupid.. now, i'm trying to become better :))

I never saw my mother cry about any of our kids, she was not able too, only cared about herself. But I did cry about my son, and yes he noticed and that is why he tries to "save" my feelings and did not tell me why he feels terrible (at school). I told him as I found out it's better we cry together as it is for him to hide and cry alone. So that is what we do now if there is no other way. There is nothing wrong with crying/sharing feelings/being honest. I will never cry (I hope so) about what they did only be proud of him and my others. They are way too sweet and caring and polite and mostly forget about their own needs/themselves.

it is more pain when my mom cries because of me. i argued with her one day and then she cried my grandmother said. may be she did not. but i felf awful inside. i feel awful somebody suffer from me. i hate this moments very much. i wish it was not happening. :)
