Hello everyone. Hair the bane of my life. I live with three girls and one grown woman two cat and two dogs so you can imagine all the hair that floats around here. It sticks to your hands when trying to do dishes. Every morning the bathroom counter and sink is full of long hair as all the girls have long hair. For a long time it was very difficult to get rid of all that hair because a damp or wet cleaning cloth just moved the hair around.p. I finally found the solution for picking up hair. It is a couple of dry toilet paper squares. Now I just take those squares and rub them around the counter and the sink and the hair sticks to the toilet paper. When washing dishes sometimes a hair will stick to my fingers and the only thing to help get it off my finger is you guessed it dry toilet paper. Does any one have a better way to get hair cleaned up in the bath room?

Well missy I have found that wiping the counters with a a small piece of toilet paper while the counter s dry helps a lot better that try to get it with a wet dish rag.

I am thinking about sneaking into their bedrooms and shaving their heads some night.

Well you seem to be a genius, now i know how to get hair off the counter tops. I used to just spray some winn dixie around the bathroom counter top and then come back with a paper towel and get them to go away that away. I dont have to do this every day now because it seems that toilet paper will pick them up right away. Are you using a specific brand or does any brand of toilet paper work? Just wondering.

The way I get rid of the hair in the bathroom is to use my hand to remove it from the filter, where all the hair is gathered there from having a shower. When we sweep the floor, a lot of hair gets into the broom. Then we pull it out of it. I don't have a better way to remove it. Take care, deebomb.

Wonderful information, in my home my wife and daughter in law have long hair, but after combing they put the hair in small plastic bags and our maid throws it away in the drain on the side of the road, it is regularly cleaned of course.. Prof.Dr. B.Saraf. PhD

My grandmother once told me tat in te old days women kept that extra hair for when they got older and needed some additional hair to keep from looking bold. I think between the girls there is enough to make several wigs.

I have a small dustpan and a small broom-like brush and it's exclusively for hair in the bathroom. But, it's not very efficient because the hairs stick to the floor when they're wet. I guess your tissue idea is good. Outside the bathroom, I use scotch tape or any adhesive tape and use the tape to pick up the hairs.

Hello glory. Hair does stick to the counter and floor when wet. It just seems to move around. I have used adhesive tape to remove lint from clothing but hadn't thought to use it for flying hair.
