Do you buy products from telemarketing stores?

Today I received a catalog from a telemarketing store. It is one of those stores that advertise their products on TV and you can order the products by calling with an additional discount if you call while the advertisment is on. I was always bored of watching those long tv spots about gym products etc, but today I was checking the printed catalog and I found some interesting items. They have all types of products, from exercise and fitness products, gym equipment, to nail care, accessories, kitchen stuff etc. But most of them are unusual items that I can't find in regular shops. I was thinking about bying an internal organiser with pockets for my huge handbags, to keep my things a bit more organised. I remember I had seen the tv commercial some time ago and I liked it. But I have never ordered before from this kind of stores, are the products of good quality?
