Facebook Page Problems

I just began to have facebook page problems this evening. I can not update my status. i get an error message. I can not respond to comments on my wall and friends can not comment on my updates. I can send private messages and post on other persons' wall. I imagine that friends can post on my wall.
Is anyone else having any problems with their personal Facebook page? I am hoping that it is not just me and that they are doing maintenance or having a system / website problem.

I imagine many people will be experiencing problems as Facebook rolls over to it's new Timeline format. Anytime a new format happens, a bunch of bugs have to be worked out before everything runs smoothly again.

I have had timeline for several weeks or months. I have not had a problem until now. Other people are not having any problem. Are you having any problem trying to update your Facebook status?

My statuses have been working fine. Even if you have timeline already, it may just be something where they have to shut down certain areas for maintenance. You could try creating another account, and see if that one gives you trouble. If it works than you can use that one temporarily until yours first one is back to normal.

The problem has been corrected. I did a search for Facebook page problems last night. Facebook has set up a page for persons to report Facebook problems. There were over 100 people reporting the same problem that I was having which had only begun in the last 24 hours. I reported my problem. That was last night. This morning, the problem was fixed.
So if you or anyone else experiences a long term Facebook problem, search Facebook page problems and you will find a Facebook page to report your problem.
I love it when problems get fixed.
