I hate standing over the stove and chopping up the meat or waiting for it to coo

This usually pertains to ground beef. By the way I don't wait for my meat to coo, if I was to do that well I might as well go to the looney bin. It cut off the K so I meant COOK not COO.
I usually have someon else deal with the meat but I have got to stop doing this as how am I going to cook for myself if I don't do it for myself? I know how, I just hate doing it.
Are you the same way? Maybe it's the untensil I use.

I kind of enjoy it. Unless it's frozen, then it's madness. I try to avoid cooking frozen food, especially frozen ground beef.
I tend to use fresh ground beef, and I plop it into the skillet, then manipulate it in different ways to see which way coo's the best.

I usually try to buy the meat the same day, in fact usually within an hour of me preparing the meal, but I bought this meat the other day and cooked it today. I had to defrost it a few different ways, so the way I had it cut it helped it a bit when it came to cooking it and chopping it as fine as I like it. That's the thing, i need some sort of meat processor to make the meat even thinner so it's easier to manage. I am so impatient when it comes to these things.

I know what you mean about being impatient in these things. Especially since I have learned (the hard way) that it is best to cook meat slower than faster, and I am most impatient in this.

I've tried ground turkey but it's just not the same for me. I much prefer the ground beef. I've not tried ground chicken. Maybe if I just had the right recipe for them both.

I can't do that any more either. I have given the golden spoon over to my daughter. She does pretty good. One idea might be to do more when you do cook some, freeze it and just take out some when you want it and warm it up. That way you won't have to cook it so often.

I don't eat meat, so I don't have that problem. Why is it you hate dealing with it so much?

I just don't like the mess that comes with cooking meat. I usually don't mind standing over it though. I will type a few things and then go back and check on the meat. That way the time goes by faster. Often though I'm making multiple things at once so I will work on other ingredients while the meat is cooking.
