i don't think i would ever buy anything in auction

as i have read online another auction worth $2 million. i wonder why some people do buy things on auction. specially art items. i don't know what makes them an item does not cost that much but end up having such a value although they are vintage and good memorabilia.but to shell out such a big amount is such hard to fathom for me.

People who have lots of money find ways to spend it, sort of a balance. Those kinds of auctions are for the super rich, actually they do it too as form of investment and at the same time enjoying the fun and acquiring something for their hobby, passion or collection.
As mentioned above it's fun to join auctions such as Ebay as long as you are bidding on something that you really like and within your own personal price and financial range
