I read that fruits and veggies can control high blood pressure.So what is you have low blood pressure?Not to the point where its a health risk but enough for the doctor to wonder.And if you ate those fruits and veggies would it drop more?

But it doesn't mean that if you take a few more, your body temperature will drop tremendously. Our body work is a very strange way where some cannot be explain.
