Why isn't George W. Bush locked up in jail for breaking international law and lying about the Iraq War?

Stalin - ugly and mean guy

I think an New Order should come up and jail some guys on the same cell. All the worst leaders of nowadays and let them be together in a prison till they die.

I think an New Order should come up and jail some guys on the same cell. Bush, Bin Laden, Sadam, the ucranian and romenian guys, the Russia President, etc.
