I like soft dim light in my bed room , While I sleep. What about you?  

i have to fall asleep with the tv on, but i put the sleep timer on so it goes off after i fall asleep after that it's complete darkness

no i cant sleep without any light on

Not me, I like a dark and quiet room. I have been known to fall asleep with the tv on and/or lights on, but those are occasions when I am exhausted and just can't keep my eyes open. I'm much more sensative to sound than I am light when I sleep.

I kinda like it.. but i dun turn on the lights normally as I believe your eyes gets better rest in a really dark room.

I like it to be pitch black and silent. I used to like to fall asleep with the tv on but I can not do that anymore.
