1.  anglogerman (453) | 4 years ago |  To be honest, Colin Firth and Jennifer Ehle have spoilt me for any other version of Pride and Prejudice. I found Keira Knightley too beautiful..... if you remember, in the book Darcy did not find Elizabeth conventionally beautiful, but was forced to admit that she looked OK even so. I don't think anyone could dispute Keira Knightley's beauty.

I saw it first at the theater and then for months tried to rent it again at Blockbuster, but someone checked it out from my store and never returned it. They finally ordered a new copy, and I enjoyed it just as much the second time around. The settings are beautiful in the film, particularly the scene in the rain. It's definitely one of my favorite movies!
