| |  i think that both are good, but the air conditional is only good to a certain point.. it can't heat to room only to about 25 degrees celcius. but the heater is older and slower and can heat the room as much as you want it... so it depends of what you need!

| |  Here, in the midwest USA, we use heaters (oil or LP gas furnaces) and if we're lucky air conditioners to cool the house when it gets real hot, and usually humid. I hate to use it very often, too expensibve (especially this summer with the energy prices) and I don't like having the house all shut up like it has to be in winter.
